| Booking Conditions |

Bookings are all non-refundable
Tickets will be despatched via Royal Mail Recorded Post on 6th August 2012. A signature will be required at point of delivery.
No refunds will be made should the Event be cancelled due to reasons beyond the control of the Rallyday Ltd.
You are required to keep your wristband on throught your attendance at the event. If you are buying additional wristbands at the gate make sure you put them on when you park. There are wristband checking points across the venue and anyone without a wristband will be required to pay or be escorted off the venue.
Parking is restricted to the public car parks only.
Disabled parking areas will be provided for disable badge hodlers only.
Rallyday Ltd, and any staff acting on their behalf, reserves the right to refuse admission.
No dogs are permitted at the circuit.
No camping is permitted at the circuit.
The distribution of leaflets, posters or other promotional material is strictly forbidden.
Please place any rubbish you have in the rubbish bins provided.
Rallyday Ltd will not be responsible in any way for the loss or damage to individuals property howsoever caused.
Rallyday Ltd shall not be liable for the death or injury to, or for damage to any property or for any losses, or for any other liability incurred by the indidual.
If Rallyday Ltd are unable to perform any of its obligations by reason of circumstance, cause or event outside its control including (without limitation of the generality of this clause) government restrictions, adverse weather, riot, commotion, act of God, industrial breakdown, breakdown of plant or any failure of gas water services, electricity, etc, Rallyday Ltd shall be entitled to be relieved of its obligations hereunder to the extent to which performance of the obligations is prevented, frustrated or suspended. In such circumstances non-performance, part performance or delay in performance of the obligations of Rallyday Ltd hereunder shall not entitle you to claim damages of any kind whatsoever whether direct, indirect or consequential.
WARNING - MOTORSPORT IS DANGEROUS!
In view of the high speeds attained by the competitors, accidents can happen. Please always follow notices and instructions issued by the event officials and only stand and walk in spectator areas. Whilst in the paddock area please be aware of vehicle movements. The organisers of this event cannot guarantee your safety. By accepting these conditions you acknowledge that you are present at your own risk.
CHILDREN ARE TO BE SUPERVISED BY ADULTS - The Ticketholder acknowledges that all children under 16 attending the Event must be under the supervision of an adult guardian at all times. |
